Return & Refund Policy

At Kloun Leather, every piece is handcrafted with care. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection law.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with all original tags and packaging.
To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Made-to-order, customized or altered items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
